Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026 · Great Minds Create Inc.
The short version. Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a charge and you get a full refund, no questions asked. You can cancel any time, and you keep your stories until the end of the period you've paid for. If we miss more than two nights in a row, we credit you the time.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle and go back to the card or payment method you used.
1. Refunds
Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt, or email support@lullabymail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle.
- Within 14 days of a charge: full refund on request, for any reason. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal.
- After that window: we do not routinely refund an elapsed period, but tell us what went wrong — if the service failed you, we will put it right.
- Gifts: refundable within the same window while unclaimed. Once a recipient has claimed a gift and stories are being delivered, it is no longer refundable.
- Unclaimed gifts that expire (two months after purchase) are not refunded. We do not send claim reminders, so make sure your recipient claims it. Contact us before the deadline and we will help.
- Outages: covered by service credits, below.
2. Cancelling
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time, through the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@lullabymail.com.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Stories continue until the end of that period, then stop.
- We do not pro-rate a partial period. If you want your money back for the current period, ask within the refund window above.
- Gift subscriptions never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
3. Service credits for outages
If a problem on our side means your story does not arrive for more than two consecutive nights, we will give you a service credit: free subscription time at least equal to the number of nights you missed. We normally issue it as a discount code that adds that time to your subscription; for a gift or other non-renewing plan, we add the time to your access directly.
- If we notice the outage first, we will send the credit without you asking. If we don't, email support@lullabymail.com within 30 days of the outage and we will issue it.
- A late story, or a single missed night, is not an outage for this purpose — but tell us anyway, and we will look into it.
- Credits are not given for missed stories we could not have prevented: an incorrect email address, messages blocked or filtered by your email provider, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Credits have no cash value. For an outage, a service credit is how we put things right; it does not change your refund rights above, and it does not limit any statutory right you have.
4. When we change or end the service
If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period. If we discontinue LullabyMail entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any paid period. If we terminate your account other than for a serious breach of our terms, we will refund the unused portion of your current paid period.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where those rights conflict with this policy, they win.
